Las Vegas is where we do most of our work, and the housing stock here is about as varied as it gets. In a single week we might rescreen a 1950s ranch house near downtown, fit solar screens on a 1990s two-story in the northwest, and replace builder-grade mesh on a home that is only a few years old.

Everything is cut and assembled at your house. Our trailer carries the frame stock, mesh and tooling, so we measure, build and install in the same visit rather than taking your screens away and bringing them back a week later.

What we run into most on Las Vegas homes

Two things come up constantly. The first is sun exposure — west and south-facing windows take direct afternoon sun from spring through early fall, and solar screens are the least invasive way to cut that heat before it ever reaches the glass.

The second is age. Original screens in older Las Vegas neighborhoods are frequently past their service life: the mesh has gone brittle, the spline has shrunk out of the channel, and the frames have bowed. Rescreening an existing frame costs less than building a new one, and we will tell you straight which of the two your frames actually need.

Usually, yes. Leave your existing screens in place when we come to measure and we will match the frame color and mesh type so the new ones do not stand out against the rest of the house.
