Paradise is an unincorporated township covering a large stretch of the central and eastern valley, including the area around UNLV. A good deal of its housing is mid-century — 1950s through 1970s — alongside a substantial number of condominiums and rental properties.

Mid-century frames and rental turnarounds

Mid-century homes here often still have their original steel or early aluminum frames, and their condition varies more than the age alone would suggest. Some are straight and solid; others have bowed, lost their corner keys, or been pulled out of square by an earlier repair. The mesh is usually decades past serviceable either way, so the frame is what we are actually assessing when we arrive. We will price new mesh and new frames side by side and leave the choice with you.

We also do a steady amount of work for landlords and property managers between tenancies. Because we build on site, a full set of screens for a unit is usually done in one visit, which tends to matter when there is a turnaround date.
